What are the rules?

It's a point-to-point race between cities. No outside assistance — water stations and support crew come from the committee only. The one exception is anything transactional, like buying from a store along the route. And every runner is required to carry one more thing: pure joy — the simple joy of running.

Can I transfer my bib or slot to someone else?

No.
